Mosley's Funeral Home announces the death of Ms. Sylvia Ann Stokes-Cephus, 59, of Swainsboro, GA. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Pruitt Health - Swainsboro following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 3:00 P.M., at the St. Philip Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Madison officiating, assisted by the Rev. Jerry Armstrong. Rev. James Love-Pastor.

Interment: Swainsboro City Cemetery
