Sallie Hill was born in Swainsboro, GA on April 16, 1962, to the late Johnnie and Robert Williams Sr. Sallie was united in holy matrimony to the late Gordon Hill of Midville, GA. In Sallie’s early years of life, she was a teacher of Home Sweet Home Daycare in Swainsboro, GA. She later became a stay-at-home wife.
Mrs. Hill was preceded on death by her parents Johnnie Mae and Robert Williams Sr. of Swainsboro; husband Gordon Hill and two sisters: Johnnie Etta Starnes and Anna Roberts.
She leaves her everlasting legacy of one daughter Miracle Hill of Midville, two sons: Tyson (Tammy) Williams and Demetrius (Kim B) Hill. Five brothers: Robert Williams Jr., Timothy Williams, Leartus (Shirlene) Williams, Freddie Williams, and Willie (Chondra) Willams of Swainsboro, GA. Six grandchildren: Tyneisha Ricks, Tyson Corley, Tyson Williams Jr., Gordon “DJ” Hill Jr., Gracelyn Hill and Se’Nai Hill of Swainsboro. And one great granddaughter, Milani Ricks. A devoted cousin, Angela (Victor) Wilcher, special friends: Earnestine Gadson and Lisa (Darrell) Oglesby, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
