Mosley's Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Ray Welson Foster, Jr., 56, of Richmond, VA on Wednesday November 04, 2020, at The Virginia University Hospital following an extended illness.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Novermber 14, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.
Ray was a grauate of Bradwell High School, in Liberty County. He later move to Richmond, Virginia, where he was a faithful member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Foster loved wearing hats, loved his family, loved the Georgia Bulldogs, Loved people, and had many hobbies.

Wife: Jacqueline T. Foster
One Daughter: Ashley (Julius, Jr.) Roberson, One Step-daughter, Asia V. Davis
One Son: Jonathan (Chanta) Golden
One Brother: James (LaMona) Proctor
Three Sisters: Cynthia (Derick) Stinchcomb II, Latral (Norman) Gromes, and Latoria Jackson
