Princess Middleton Obituary

Princess Middleton passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025, from a brief illness. She was born September 12,1974, at Jefferson Hospital, to the late Arthur Lee Middleton and Queen Esther Lambry Middleton. 

Princess joined Brinson Rock Baptist Church at a young age, and served as a choir director, youth Sunday school teacher, and the president of the building aid convention.  

Princess graduated from Swainsboro High School class of 1994, and later was a graduate of Swainsboro Technical College, and East Georgia College.

She was employed at Emanuel County Board of Education and East Georgia State College.

She was a dedicated and hardworking woman whose career reflected her love for people and learning. Through her life, she worked in many roles. In every position she brought compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.  Her impact was felt by students, coworkers, and community members.

Princess was deeply involved in her community often volunteering at schools, churches, and community events. She served as a cheerleading and soccer coach. She had a love for crafting that she shared with her community, friends, and family. She also had a special talent for planning memorable family vacations, creating lasting traditions and joyful memories.

She leaves to cherish her memories; her mother; Queen Middleton, daughters; Zariah Reese and Kirah Middleton, one sister; Victoria Middleton, three nephews; Robert Johnson Jr, Victor Middleton, and Tony Smith III, and a special friend Joseph Pearson all of Swainsboro Georgia. Five aunts; Vera Hannah of Wadley Georgia, Fronita (Robert) Sherrod (Baxley GA), Annette (Ricky) Worthen (Moxley GA), Mary (Robert) Carter and Annette Middleton (Louisville, GA) two uncles; Lonize Lambry (Baxley GA) and Frank (Vate) Lambry (Louisville GA)., best friend; Shawanica Roberts of Atlanta, Georgia. Beyond her immediate family, she leaves a lasting imprint on a wide circle of cousins, godchildren, students, cherished friends, and the many people connected to her daughters-all of whom she treated like her own, with a heart big enough for every soul she met.

Proceeded in death by her father; Arthur Lee Middleton, aunts; Betty Lambry, Odella Lee, Deborah Middleton, Veronica Thomas, uncles; Jimmy Lambry, William Middleton, and Bobby Akins.
