Mazie L. Gordon

Mrs. Mazie L. Gordon was born on December 25, 1929, to the late Jim Woods and the late Cornelia Christine Mills in Kite, Georgia. She entered into eternal rest at this age of 91 on September 1, 2021.

Mrs. Gordon enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and she especially enjoyed cooking for them. She was employed as a cook with the Tick Tock Restaurant in Swainsboro, Georgia for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Woods and Cornelia Christine Mills.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Geraldine Gordon of Stillmore, GA, and Wanda Washington of Chesterfield, VA; three sons, Willie James Boston of Stillmore, GA, Curtis L. Gordon of Metter, GA, and Jerry Lee Gordon of Stillmore, GA; 12 grandchildren; a brother, Charles Henry Woods of South Caroline; a host of other realtives and friends.
