Martha L. (Seays) Tarver

Mrs. Martha Lee (Seays) Tarver, 70, of Garfield, GA, passed away on June 28, 2023, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro Georgia, of natural causes. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Thursday July 6, 2023, at God Holy Tabernacle, in Twin City, Georgia, with Pastor Amos Handsome officiating.  Burial will follow at Parrish Grove Church cemetery in Twin City, GA.  Funeral arrangements are by Mosley Funeral Home in Swainsboro, Georgia.

Martha was born in Wadley, Georgia (Jefferson County), to Mamie Lawrence and Arthur Seays on December 24, 1952.   She is preceded in death by her son; Charlie Tarver, Jr., her mother; Mrs. Mamie (Lawrence) Seays, her father; Mr.Arthur Seays, and her sister; Mary (Seays) Tarver.

She is survived by her husband; Mr. Charlie Tarver of Garfield, Georgia, her children; Charlie and (Lorian) Tarver of Annapolis, Maryland, Sabrina Renae Tarver and Lance Tarver of Garfield, Georgia, and Michael Anthony Tarver of Harlingen, Texas, one sister; Sarah (Seays) Burke of Metter, Georgia. Four  grandchildren; Sabrina Nicole Tarver and Danielle Lee Tarver of Annapolis, Maryland,  Audrey Tarver and Jeremiah Tarver of Garfield, Georgia, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and in-laws.
