Mosley's Funeral Home announces the death of Ms. Marie Fann, 69, of Swainsboro, Ga. on Monday 10/15/2018 at the University Hospital-Augusta following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 1:00 P.M. at the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church with the Pastor Charles Wiggins officiating assisted by Min. Guye Akins. Dr. Alfred Cason-Pastor.
Interment: Swainsboro City Cemetery

Marie was a native of Emanuel County, and attended Emanuel County Schools. She was employed at Capro, as a Line Leader. Marie was a devoted mother, loved her family, and a hard worker.
Survivors Are:
Three Sons: Dennis Akins, Matthew Fann, III, and Donyal Fann all of Swainsboro, Ga.
One Brother: Bobby Lee Akins of Dublin, Ga.
Seven Sisters: Elizabeth Everett of Winston Salem, NC, Carrie Bell Akins of Sumter, SC, Jacqueline Akins of Bridgeport, Conn., Ruthie Mae Mincey of Adrian, Ga., Martha Walker, Alethia Akins, and Carolyn Strobridge all of Swainsboro, Ga.
9-grandchildren, 1-great-grand, a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
