Maria (Vinson) Mathews

Mosley's Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Maria Vinson Mathews, 56, of  Swainsboro, GA, on Wednesday  November 11, 2020, at Augusta University Medical Center, following a brief illness.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, Novermber 16, 2020 at 11:00 A.M., in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.

Mrs. Mathews was a native of Swainsboro, GA, and attended the Emanuel Co. Schools.She was employed by Southeastern Technical College for many years. Maria as everyone called her, will be missed by family and friends.

Survivors are:

Three Daughters: Melissa Broadwater of Hephzibah, GA, La Shonda Maria Vinson of Swainsboro, GA, and La Treasa Vinson of Augusta, GA.

One Brother: Alvin Swans of Twin City, GA

Two-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
