Joe Jones Obituary

Joe Lewis Jones was born on May 16, 1940 in Stillmore, Ga. and passed away on April 13, 2022 in Swainsboro, GA at the age of 81.

Joe married Minnie Green on July 24, 2000 in Miami, Florida. He and Minnie moved to Swainsboro, GA in 2009. Joe was baptized on July 20, 2013 as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and served as a Ministerial Servant in the Swainsboro, GA Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses up until his death. He was zealous in sharing his strong faith in God’s Kingdom on a monthly basis and its promise of everlasting life with many individuals. 

Survivors include his wife of 22 years: Minnie Jones; children: Donald Jones, Jacqueline Del Rosario, Wayne Jones, Joey Jones, Montieal Jones.

Memorial services will be held via Zoom video conferencing on May 7, at 1 p.m.
