Gregory Leonard Chance

George Leonard Chance, known as "Leonard and Chance" by family and friends, passed away on June 24, 2021, at the ageof 60. He was born to the Mr. Bobby Chance, Sr. and Mrs. Christine Perry Chance of Brunswick, Georgia.

Mr. Chance attended the Glynn County School System, and graduated from  Truett McConnell College in Cleveland, Georgia, with an associates degree in Business. He was also certified in Heating and Air Conditioning Repair. Later in life, he made his living as a commercial truck driver. He was well known for carpentry skills, but most of all for his quick wit and wonderful laugh.

He met the love of his life, Cindy Renee Marsh, in 2008, and they were married on January 16, 2015.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Cindy Chance of Stillmore, Georgia, stepdaughter, Rayvan Danole Marsh of Stillmore, Georgia, two stepsons, Rashon Untario Marsh, and Tyrone Carswell, Jr. both of Swainsboro, Georgia, his loving mother Christine Chance of Brunswick, Georgia. Two sisters, Dorothy (Morris) Campbell of Marietta, Georgia, and Cynthia "Cell" Holsey of Ellenwood, Georgia;  one brother, Bobby Chancw, Jr. of Dublin, Georgia. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He willbe especially be missed by the four special girls in his life-his beloved granddaughters, Hazel "Tootsie" Marsh, Aspen "Penny" Carswell, AriRayne Carswell, and Aroya NiZae Cook.
