Mosley's Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Charles J. Lewis,Sr. 72, of Wadley, GA on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at his residence following a brief illness.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 11:00 A.M,.in the Pineola Church of God Cemetery,  with  Rev. Bruce Young officiating. Rev. Harry Lloyd (Pastor of Pineola Church of God).

Mr. Lewis  was a native of Jefferson County. He was employed for many years, at Norfolk Southern Railroad, until his retirement. He was a member of the Pineola Church of God. Mr. Lewis will be missed dearly by family and friends.    

Survivors are:

One Daughter: Lashelle Lewis of Dallas, GA 

One Son: Charles J. Lewis, Jr. of Douglasville, GA

Two Sisters: Letha Burley of Swainsboro, GA, and Mary Wesby of Brooklyn, NY

One Brother: Willie B. Lewis of Wadley, GA

One -grandson,host of other relatives and friends.
