Mosley's Funeral Home announces the death of Ms. Brenda Joyce Mincey, 65, of Swainsboro, GA. on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Comfort Creek Nursing Home in Wadley, GA following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 1:00 P.M., at the Rountree Island Baptist Church with the Rev. R. A. Lawrence, Jr. officiating.

Interment: Kirkland Cemetery

Pallbearers: Nicholas Moye, Chris Kirkland, Ronald Williams, Clifton Akins, Percy Lane, and Bobby Gardner

Flower Attendants: Co-workers and Friends

Ms. Mincey was a native of Bulloch County before moving to Emanuel County. She was employed at CSRA Headstart in Swainsboro, Georgia. Her hobbies were fishing, cooking, and spending time with her family. 

Survivors Are:

One Daughter: Lashaunda Mincey of Swainsboro, GA.

Four Sons: Levon Mincey of Richmond, VA., Leon Mincey of Swainsboro, GA., Maurice Mincey of Jacksonville, FL., and Frederico Mincey of Atlanta, GA.

One Brother: James Mincey of Swainsboro, GA.

17-Grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
