On Sunday, October 3, 2021, Mrs. Alma L. Hoffman departed her earthly journey. Alma was the daughter of the late Clarence Harvey, and the late Josie Bell Simpkins.
She retired from Blue Cross Blue Shields of Florida. She was a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church, of Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
Preceding her in death, are her parents, a daughter, and son.Alma will be laid to rest with her beloved daughter, Valerie H. Beniefield, and her beloved son, Kelvin R. Hoffman.
She leaves to cherish her memories; her loving twin brother, Alton Harvey aka "Top Cat" of St. Petersburg, Florida; loving and devoted children, Charmion White (Robert Goodlow), Alexis (Bobby) Gibbins, Ra'shea A. White, Jamya T. Thomas, Delton (Tank) Thomas,Chris (Ashley) Thomas all of Jacksonville, Florida, and a devoted niece, Sheria (Tyrone) Davis of Swainsboro, Georgia, Reginald (Mesha) Beniefield of Atlanta, Georgia, and Bobby (Lakeisha) Beniefield of Waynesboro, Georgia. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law, Wade Beniefield, other relatives, and friends.
The Family will like to give special thanks to Diane Moore, Leslie Griffith, Janice Griffith, Vivian Sims, Dorothy G. Thomas, and Donna Holland.
