We are celebrating the home going of our brother, Gregory Wayne Cross. After a short illness, he was called home on, January 21, 2023. He was born to the late Mrs. Sadie and Mr. George Willie Cross, on August 10, 1960. Wayne as everyone knew him, was born and raised in Emanuel County. Mrs. Lizzie Pearl Cummings, daughter of the late Cola Bell, and Pughsley Bell, Sr., was a homemaker, and a former member of Brinson Hill Baptist Church,in Wadley, Georgia. After relocating to Swainsboro, Georgia, Mrs. Cummings attended various churches in the area. Mr. Norman Jackson Samples departed this life, December 27, 2022, at the age of 59. He was born January 21, 1963, in Vidalia, Georgia.
